1. About the service
PodVplivom is a free, privately run, non-commercial app for logging your own drinks and comparing them with friends. It is provided by a private individual, not a company. Contact: [email protected].
2. Use at your own risk
You use PodVplivom entirely at your own risk. The app is provided "as is", with no guarantees of any kind: not that it is accurate, available, error-free or fit for any purpose. To the extent the law allows, the provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damage that comes from using the app or from relying on anything it shows.
3. Estimates are not advice
Alcohol amounts, beer equivalents and blood-alcohol (BAC) estimates are rough calculations. Real blood alcohol depends on many factors the app doesn't know. They are not medical advice and not a measurement.
Never use the app to decide whether you are fit to drive or to do anything else that needs you to be sober. If you have been drinking, don't drive.
4. Who may use it
Only people of legal drinking age in their country, and never anyone under 18. By using the app you confirm that you meet this condition.
5. Fair use
- The app is for keeping track and friendly comparison. It is not a challenge or encouragement to drink more.
- Don't use offensive or misleading names, notes or group names, and don't try to break, overload or misuse the service.
- The administrator may remove content and block or delete accounts that break these terms.
6. Your data
How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy policy. You can download or delete your data at any time in Profile.
7. Changes and ending the service
The service may change, be paused or be shut down at any time without notice. If these terms change materially, you will be asked to accept them again. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Nothing in them limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
